Pour this white milk into a pitcher and it will keep for about 3 days in the refrigerator. It tastes great, nothing is added to it. The other half of the coconut you did not blend you can store in the refrigerator and use at a later time.

The third is coconut water, which is found in the young green coconuts, as the coconut matures most of this water ripens into the solid white coconut. One cup of coconut water has very little fat, only 9 grams. They are so abundant here in Nicaragua and I usually by one or two each week and they costs around 60 cents each. If people would use these instead of sodas, café, etc, they would be so much healthier.
